1. Introduction to Office 365 for learning and teaching

2. Using Office 365 for email and calendars
Find out how to use email and calendars online and synced with your devices. Set up rules to organise your inbox. Explore the options for sharing calendars and create groups so you can easily communicate and collaborate with teachers and classes.

3. Personal use of Office 365
Use OneDrive for storing and sharing your resources – explore best practice for keeping files synced across devices. Stay organised with your personal OneNote book and blog. Change your personal themes and settings. Use Delve to find the information relevant to you.

4. Using Yammer for safe, social collaboration
Easily create Yammer groups for your classes and other groups of users. Discover how to enable collaborative tools for learning; connect and work with anyone else from any device and monitor all interactions.
We will look at how you can use Yammer securely within your school and also work with people outside your school, e.g. parents and other schools.

5. OneNote in the classroom
Explore the easiest way to work across devices and share your notebooks with students and teachers. Use the OneNote Class Notebook to handout lesson resources to all your students, collect in homework and provide real-time feedback (including audio and video). Use the Staff Notebook for team meetings, collaborative lesson planning, professional learning, etc.

Create sites for your classes and other groups to quickly share news and resources. See how students can collaborate in online documents as well as discussion forums, blogs, wikis and more.

8. Flip the classroom with Office Mix and Video
Use the Office 365 Video portal to organise video resources into subject and class channels so students can watch anytime on any device.
Discover the options around managing uploads and channels and how these can be used throughout Office 365.
Find out how to take your PowerPoint presentations to the next level with Office Mix. Simply add video, audio and handwriting to your existing presentations, include interactive activities and quizzes and access analytics and insights to see how students have interacted with your Mixes.

9. Create beautiful, dynamic learning spaces with Mosaic
If you want more flexibility or interactivity in your Sites, Mosaic can help you simply build collaborative and engaging online spaces to support learning outcomes. You will explore how to use the drag-and-drop interface to create the sites you need and how the included apps can be easily configured to your requirements. As well as class sites, you will see how it can be used for Events, Parent Information, Committees, etc.

10. Using Office 365 in an iPad environment
Office 365 works on any device with a browser. On an iPad, there are a number of apps that work seamlessly with Office 365 (Yammer, Outlook, OneNote, Sway, Word, etc.) that we will consider. We will look at the best ways of communicating and collaborating in an iPad environment and provide you with tips to get the most out of the platform.
